This is an excellent opportunity for an experiencedAssistant Manager to join a high-volume quick service restaurant operationwithin a fast-growing and established hospitality brand.
You will be joining a busy West London location with strongtrading foundations, a passionate team, and a clear focus on deliveringexceptional food quality, service standards, and guest experience.
This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who enjoys beingoperationally involved, developing people, and supporting the General Managerin driving performance and consistency across the restaurant.
You will play a key role in maintaining high standards,coaching the team, and helping to create a positive culture where bothemployees and guests have an outstanding experience.
The Assistant Manager Role
· Supporting the General Manager with theday-to-day running of a high-volume QSR restaurant
· Leading, motivating and developing a frontlineteam in a fast-paced environment
· Driving excellence across food quality, service,cleanliness and operational standard
· Supporting delivery of key business KPIsincluding sales, labour, customer satisfaction and profitability
· Coaching Team Leaders and Shift Managers tostrengthen their leadership capability
· Ensuring smooth restaurant operations duringbusy trading periods
· Taking ownership of key areas of the businessincluding training, compliance, stock control and team performance
· Identifying opportunities to improve processes,efficiency and guest experience
· Maintaining a strong presence on the restaurantfloor and leading by example
What We Are Looking For
· Proven experience as an Assistant Manager,Deputy Manager or strong Shift Manager within QSR, fast casual or high-volumehospitality
· Experience leading and developing teams in abusy operational environment
· Strong understanding of restaurant operations,service standards and food safety compliance
· Confident supporting performance improvement anddriving accountability
· A hands-on leadership style with excellentcommunication skills
· Passionate about developing people and creatinga positive team culture
· Comfortable working in a KPI-focused environment
· Resilient, energetic and motivated by deliveringgreat results
