2017
Where It Started
In 2017, our Founder Sonny moved into recruitment after four years in hospitality management.
Coming from an operational background, he understood the realities of growth, performance and leadership in fast-paced environments. Recruitment was never just about filling roles. It was about strengthening businesses from the inside out.
That operator mindset continues to shape everything we do.
2017-2019
Crafting the Foundations
Starting as a solo biller, Sonny built his desk from the ground up at COREcruitment.
Working across QSR, retail and franchise recruitment, he partnered with brands including Wingstop and Five Guys to support their expansion with carefully selected talent.
The focus was simple. Precision, alignment and long-term fit.
Relationships first. Placements second.
2019-2024
Expanding Horizons
As demand grew, so did the team.
Consultants joined who were not only recruiters, but former operators from the QSR and retail sectors, bringing real operational experience to the hiring process.
Alongside strengthening our UK presence, we began supporting brands across the Middle East and the Gulf as they scaled into new markets.

The Birth of Bite Talent
In 2026, Bite Talent officially launched, moving on from COREcruitment to take a more focused, specialist approach to QSR and retail recruitment.
