Who We're Looking For:

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager, Deputy Manager, or Shift Manager from a high-volume Grab & Go, QSR, or fast-paced hospitality background who thrives in a customer-focused environment.

You'll have experience in:

· Supporting the day-to-day operation of a busy site

· Coaching, developing, and motivating team members

· Delivering exceptional customer service and food quality

· Driving operational standards and team performance

· Assisting with labour, stock, and cost controls

You'll be passionate about food, people, and delivering excellence, with the ambition to grow your career within an expanding business.

Key Responsibilities:

· Support the General Manager in the day-to-day running of the site

· Lead shifts and ensure smooth, efficient operations

· Maintain exceptional food quality and customer service standards

· Train, coach, and develop team members

· Assist with stock management, labour scheduling, and cost control

· Help create a positive, energetic, and people-first culture

· Step up to lead the business in the General Manager's absence
