Key Responsibilities:

· Lead the day-to-day operations of the site, ensuring smooth and efficient service

· Maintain the highest standards of food quality and customer service

· Recruit, train, and develop a motivated and engaged team

· Monitor and control operational costs and budgets

· Drive initiatives that enhance staff and customer satisfaction
