General Manager – Exeter – Salary up to £38,000 + Bonus

The General Manager Role:

• Leading and developing a large team within a fast-paced environment
• Driving high standards across quality, service, and compliance
• Coaching and mentoring team members to reach their full potential
• Ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and consistent performance
• Managing overall site performance and identifying areas for improvement
• Creating a culture of accountability, structure, and strong leadership

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a General Manager within QSR or high-volume hospitality
• Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development
• Ability to delegate effectively and lead strategically
• Passion for delivering high standards and great customer experience
• Energetic, hands-on, and adaptable approach
