General Manager | High Volume Food-to-Go

Are you an experienced General Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy food and hospitality environment? We're working with an established and growing food-to-go brand, looking for a hands-on leader to take ownership of a busy Central London restaurant.

This is an opportunity to join a business going through an exciting period of growth and transformation, with a strong focus on people, operational standards and delivering an excellent customer experience.

You'll be an experienced General Manager with a proven background in high-volume hospitality, QSR, fast casual, grab & go, café or food-to-go environments.

Your responsibilities as a General Manager will include:

• Leading, coaching and developing a high-performing restaurant team.

• Creating a positive culture focused on people, food quality and operational excellence.

• Taking full ownership of the day-to-day restaurant operation.

• Driving sales, profitability, labour performance and key operational KPIs.

• Managing stock, waste, food safety, health & safety and compliance.

• Recruiting, developing and retaining great people, while building a strong internal talent pipeline.

• Delivering consistently high standards across food, service and customer experience.

• Working closely with the Area Manager and wider support team to deliver business objectives.

• Being a visible, hands-on leader who is prepared to get involved during busy services.
