Operations Manager – Food Retail
Ready to take real ownership of a multi-site operation?
We’re working with a well-established, growing food business that is looking for several strong Operations Managers to join the team.

What you'll be doing
· Coach, develop and challenge your General Managers, helping them grow commercially and build strong teams.
· Take ownership of your area P&L, managing costs, forecasting and identifying opportunities for growth.
· Use data and performance insight to understand what is happening across your sites and put clear action plans in place.
· Drive improvements in customer experience, service, speed and quality.
· Maintain high standards across compliance, health & safety and food safety.
· Drive sales across all channels, including delivery and digital.
· Support new site openings, refurbishments and wider business initiatives.
· Build a strong talent pipeline and develop your teams for future growth.
