Brand Manager (UK)
Location: London (Hybrid – 3 days/week)
Salary: £60k – £70k + Bonus

They are a fast growing food startup building and scaling omnichannel food concepts. Operating across multiple markets, we combine strong branding with a disciplined, performance driven approach to growth, focusing on what drives demand, repeat usage, and unit economics at scale.
This role will focus on one of their flagship brands, a premium QSR concept and one of the UK’s strongest recent success stories. With an average of 20 new openings per year and significant expansion ahead across both company owned and franchised locations, the brand is entering a critical phase of rapid, scalable growth.
The Role
This is not a traditional brand role.
We are looking for a commercially driven Brand Manager to own both marketing performance and brand execution across the UK.
Your core mandate is simple:
drive measurable revenue, footfall, and ROI through marketing
Alongside this, you will play a key role in shaping how the brand shows up, building a clear, scalable brand playbook and working with agencies to deliver consistent, high-quality execution.
You will sit at the intersection of performance, brand, and operations, ensuring marketing translates directly into store-level results.
Performance & Growth (Core Focus)
- Own the UK marketing budget with a clear focus on ROI and revenue impact
- Drive measurable improvements across:
- Sales (LFL), footfall, and transactions
- CAC, LTV, and repeat rate
- Campaign ROI and payback
- Build a test-and-learn engine to optimise channels, creatives, and spend
- Scale what works, cut what doesn’t, quickly
- Establish clear performance tracking and accountability
- Ensure all activity is designed to drive transactions, not just awareness
Brand, Digital & Execution
- Build and evolve a scalable brand playbook (voice, tone, visual identity)
- Define how the brand shows up across in-store, digital, and social
- Own agency relationships and deliver performance-driven briefs
- Ensure digital, social, and creators drive demand and conversion
Local & Store Marketing
- Build repeatable local marketing playbooks to drive store-level demand
- Support both company-owned and franchised locations
- Ensure marketing consistently translates into local performance
What They Are Looking For
Experience
- Background in QSR, retail, or multi-site businesses
- Proven track record of driving measurable growth through marketing
- Experience managing budgets with clear ROI accountability
- Strong exposure to local/store-level marketing (franchise a plus)
Skills & Mindset
- Performance-first and highly commercial
- Data-driven, comfortable owning CAC, LTV, and ROI
- Operator mindset: test, learn, scale
