About the role
We’re looking for hands-on Shift Managers who can take control of the floor, lead a team with confidence, and keep standards high in a fast-paced environment.
This is a shift-led role where you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day running of service, making sure everything runs smoothly across both front and back of house. You’ll be leading from the front, supporting your team in real time, and stepping in wherever needed to keep service on track.
This isn’t a role for someone who stands back. It’s for someone who gets stuck in and makes things happen.

What you’ll be doing
Leading shifts and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
Supporting delivery of food quality, service, and guest experience
Being hands-on across both front and back of house
Coaching, motivating, and supporting team members during shifts
Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, compliance, and operations
Managing labour and productivity throughout the shift
Handling guest feedback and resolving issues quickly and professionally
Driving team engagement and a positive shift culture
What we’re looking for
Experience as a Shift Manager, Supervisor, or Team Leader in hospitality
A confident, energetic leader who leads by example
Strong communication and team management skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
A hands-on approach with a natural presence on the floor
A genuine passion for hospitality and guest experience
What success looks like
Smooth, well-run shifts with consistent service and standards
A motivated, engaged team that performs well under pressure
Strong guest feedback and quick resolution of issues
High energy and accountability on every shift
