We are currently partnering with a well-established, highly respected premium food retail business in East London on a confidential search for a Store Manager for one of their flagship locations.
This is a high-profile site within the business, and we are looking for an individual of exceptional calibre to build on an already strong foundation.
The Role
- Full ownership of a high-performing, community-driven store
- Leading from the front to deliver best-in-class customer experience and store standards
- Driving team engagement, development, and retention

Candidate Profile
- Proven experience as a Store Manager within premium food retail
- Background in high-quality, service-led retail environments
- Strong leadership capability with the ability to inspire and elevate teams
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to consistently high standards
- Track record of delivering strong commercial and operational results
- Experience in top-performing or recognised stores is highly advantageous
