As Regional Director, you'll take ownership of a portfolioof high-volume restaurants across Central London, leading a team of DistrictManagers to deliver outstanding operational performance, commercial success andexceptional guest experiences.

You'll have the autonomy to make decisions, influencestrategy and play a key role in shaping the next stage of the business'sgrowth.

What you'll be doing

• Leading, coaching and     developing a team of District Managers.
• Driving sales, profit and     operational excellence across your region.
• Building a     high-performance culture where people are challenged, supported and     developed.
• Using data and insight to     improve performance and identify opportunities.
• Supporting new openings     and helping the business continue its rapid expansion.
• Working closely with     senior leadership to deliver ambitious growth plans.

What we're looking for

You'll already have experience leading large multi-siteoperations within QSR or fast casual.

You'll be commercially astute, people-focused andcomfortable operating in a business that moves quickly. Most importantly,you'll enjoy developing great leaders and creating teams that consistentlydeliver results.
